All candles & special vessels are packaged by me with lots of care. I do take into consideration that items can break during shipping. If your candle arrives broken, please send me an email at simplylovedhome@gmail.com along with a photo of the damage within 2 days of receiving. I will send out another candle or if it is a vintage piece, do my best to replace it.
